I'm not exactly sure where this would play in an actual Genocide Playthrough of Deltarune, but this was still fun to make anyway. Maybe it would play once you defeat The King and you make your way to the fountain. I think the key-change to minor by Ejpj123 (on soundcloud) makes it sound a lot more melancholy, too.
I may use this song as the menu screen for Broken Friendship. The UI would be in the foreground and the background would be the camera panning along empty versions of the overworld. Just an idea.
Next, I'll probably make a Genocide version of an Overworld theme, like Scarlet Forest or Quiet Autumn.

To be honest, this is one of my dumbest ideas since even calling this song a leitmotif is a stretch. Im skeptical as to whether most of these are even intentional. (Another Him and Darkness Falls are the only ones Im sure on). The only reason Im re-making it is because Ive improved quite a bit since the first video, and since its still getting views, I dont want that video to be peoples first impressions to the channel, still.
