In Audio Tuning headquarter construction project in Austria, the challenge was to carry out the project relatively promptly during ongoing operations, namely from May to December. This made it necessary to use a DELTABEAM® system with a high degree of prefabrication that can be used quickly on the construction site.
In combination with the precast slabs, quick erection was then also possible. Another advantage was that the slab beams had no down stand beams, which meant that the overall construction height could be optimized.
Bei unserem Bauprojekt Audio Tuning war die Herausforderung relative zeitnah, nämlich von Mai bis Dezember, das Projekt während des laufenden Betriebes durchzuführen. Dadurch war es notwendig ein System zu verwenden das einen hohen Vorfertigungsgrad hat und auf der Baustelle schnell verwendet werden kann.
In Kombination mit den Fertigteildecken war dann auch eine schnelle Montage möglich. Ein weiterer Vorteil war, dass die Deckenträger keine Unterzüge hatten, dadurch eine Optimierung der Gesamtbauhöhe durchgeführt werden konnte.
