A judge in the Delphi, Indiana murder case has recused himself after ordering the suspect in the deaths of Abby Williams and Liberty German to be moved to a state prison for security reasons. Judge Benjamin Diener issued an order stating that "The public's blood lust for information is extremely dangerous," and that "ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS administering this action do not feel safe and are not protected" amidst the "maelstrom" of interest from the public."
