I was down in Whitby for the Whitby Goth Festival so a perfect opportunity for a first ever visit to Humble Pie, and a delicious Pie & Mash it was as well! I was first in line for the doors opening at the world famous Humble Pie and mash shop on a cold November day and had been told my several subscribers that I must try the Humble Pie and Mash, which they described at the best ever. A very compact and very oldy worldly feel to the place as soon as I went in, with very loud background music but a real nice friendly atmosphere and great staff, very soon the place was packed, so I waited for my food to see why it was so popular - this is what I found.
