What you have to do before doing this setup:
-Make sure the last cutscene you watched is the Great Deku Tree intro cutscene (the cutscene you watch for entering the Great Deku Tree for the first time). You cannot reset your game after watching the cutscene.
-Defeat Gohma and die simultaneously to warp back to the entrance.
-Make sure you have more than 1 heart
NOTE: this is a frame perfect trick, but there is leniency if you mess up

The setup:
- Catch bugs/fish, start in the corner in the video, backflip 7 times, roll, roll, OI.
- After the camera has zoomed all the way around, press B and run forward.
- Pause around the time I do in the video and aim to get Link's feet to be like in the video. They look like they are together to form one shoe.
- At this point, unpause, hold left and pause until the frame Link is in in the video. Link's actions are very distinguishable at this step, so you will have no trouble figuring out which frame to pause buffer to.
- unpause, press Z before you have control of Link.
- At this point, you can freely move around as long as the camera does not change. Go to the top right part of the door like in the video.
- Turn 90 degrees and open the door immediately.
- Ganon's Castle as Child =D

If you miss the first pause buffer and you are one frame too late, you can still make it up. You will want to continue holding left and pause buffer to one frame before you would normally pause buffer to in the original strat. The only difference is you will have to wait for the camera to zoom out when opening the door. Reference the video for the details.

This is a really cool glitch, I encourage you to try to learn it.
