Dehuman were an Australian brutal death metal band. Active from 1995 to 2001, they released 2 demos, one in 1996 and this one in 2000. Later on, these were compiled and released as the "Return of the Lifeless" compilation, in 2019.
Honestly, there's not much to say about this band - it's your average late 90's broots, hits the right spots and for 40 mins of runtime it's not a complete chore to get through. Maybe it's just for die hard fans of the genre since it really doesn't bring anything new to the table. But hey, if I didn't like it I wouldn't have uploaded it!

Decay were a Greek death metal band, formed in 1991... and thats about all the information thats out there about this band. They released this single track in 1992 and apparently nothing else. This video is a contender to the shortest full demo Ive ever uploaded (I think it wins tbh).
About the music, there is only so much that can be said about a single track. Slower paced death metal with some death/doom influences, probably Cianide or Mythic (although its unlikely since they were overseas, idk if their 1992 releases would reach Greece within a year). Many guitar screeches and big sounding music towards the end.

Hidden Rituals is Nigromancias debut conjuration, a 25min long mad thrashing death piece straight out of Chile.
After I uploaded both Morbid Cruetly and Putrid Evocation, Burning Coffin Recs showed me this band that I absolutely overlooked when their EP came out. Chilean death metal never disappoints, and Nigromancia captures that unmistakably south american feeling. The songs are concise and straight to the point, no bull shit all riffs. The unmatched aggression of Chilean metal reeks from this one. The only slow moments that you find in their music are there to build up the crushing riff barrages that come right afterwards.
Dont do it like me, dont sleep on this band, they might just have some AOTY material on hold....

Consecration were a short lived Hungarian band. In the 18mins you are about to listen to, they will certainly demolish you with fast low-end ridden riffs and a somewhat Death/Doom influence that pops up sometimes.
This demo really grew on me since I first listened to it, its a shame the band had to split-up because I wouldve loved a 32min long LP that sounded just like the last two tracks.

Mouseleum were a Turkish death metal band. Formed in 1990, this demo is the only thing the band has ever put out.
The feature that stands out the most in this demo is how sloppy it is. Definitely sounds like something that the 3 band members came up with during a drunk chat and decided to record. There are credits for a drummer, but it sounds so much like a drum machine is being used. I dont know, its weird early 90s material, god knows what the hell they were doing back then.

Anger, from Italy, played good old death metal from 1991 to 1995 (we dont talk about the industrial metal album from 2002). They released 2 demos and this EP before disbanding.
You ever wondered how a vocalist thats always running out of breath sounds like? Well, here it is. Feels like the dude just barely gets the lines out and it sounds awesome. Their music kinda angsty sometimes, but Ill be damned if it aint good! The snare is super clangy, like youre hitting a pot with a stick sometimes. The leads between riffs are super dynamic (and even the main riffs too sometimes), its like they really wanted to use like 6 riffs per song but couldnt find a way to make them work out in full so they just segmented them and put them all in a section.
I first listened to this EP a couple of years ago, and recently wanted to revisit it when I realised it wasnt on youtube anymore! Really solid EP, it deserves to be out here....

Vale of Tears were an Hungarian doom/death metal band. The band was only active from 1993 to 1996, having only released this demo.
Front and foremost, I think Vale of Tears are a doom metal band. There are more sombre and solemn moments in this demo more than anything else. That and the vocals. Those sure are some vocals. I find them odd but in a positive way. Sometimes the band pumps up the intensity and some death shows up, but you never really hear any growls or down-tuned low IQ riffs.
Definitely an interesting demo and something different to break the monotony of only sick riffs we have here in the channel.

Warfare is the 2nd full length produced by the one-man project Shellshock.
You see some war themed album and you already know its wearing its influences on its sleeves. You know you can expect some beefy Bolt Thrower worship from this. You take that and join it with a modern style production and that great campy feeling you can only get with garage bands and youll find Shellshocks sound.

Dominus were an American death metal band. Formed in 1991 as Genocyde, they changed their name to Dominus after the release of a single self-titled demo and released 2 other demos before spliting-up in 1994. Parable of Death was their first demo as Dominus.
With an extremely dynamic sound, Dominus absolutely aced this demo, which is funny because there isnt anything in specific on their music that stands out - everything just works together very well. They arent very derivative actually, Dominus definitely put their spin on death metal, at least in the guitar department. Wish I could pinpoint some influences, but this band does stand out.

Necrolord are an American death metal band. Formed in 92, they have released 6 demos, 9 EPs and 10 LPs (very prolific band). Nocturnal Blasphemy was their 3rd demo (Ive just uploaded their 2nd demo Kingdom of Hell on the channel).
This one takes a bit more influence from groups like Deicide (but not to their blistering speeds) or Morbid Angel, having catchier and faster riffs.
I also have to mention how funny the album title font is, it just doesnt fit the aesthetic of the cover art... I love the 90s so much.

Sanatório where a Brazilian brutal death metal band and in this demo they pack one hell of a punch. If you can get through the intro, which is pretty much sex moaning (bands, please stop doing this, Ive never met anyone that enjoys it), you can expect really aggressive broots and a lot of plummeting riffs!
