Frank Nissan was a prisoner in his own body after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 14 years ago.

Earlier this year, Frank underwent Deep Brain Stimulation which is a procedure where electrodes are inserted into the brain in order to stimulate and relieve symptoms of Parkinson's.
