The Queensland Brain Institute would like to thank Janice Rushworth, and the rest of the trekkers, who will be walking the Flinders Ranges in South Australia from 26-30 October to raise funds to support the fight against dementia.
The primary goal is to raise $40,000 to fund Montana Samantzis in her PhD at QBI. Montana is looking into vascular dementia and how it results from either one stroke or several mini strokes that accumulate throughout the brain.
