Stardate: 59967.8
We are en route to the last known location of the USS Tesla, a civilian science vessel that was investigating some of the spatial anomalies that are so common in the Shackleton Expanse. I hope that the Tesla is just damaged but the scientists are unharmed, but given the reputation of this region of space I suspect that this mission may turn into a body recovery mission, or worse. We are at warp now and due at their last known location within the hour. The IKS chontay and the IKS pey qovIj have been assigned by General Kargan to do sensor sweeps in nearby sectors on the off chance that the scientists have gone farther afield that we expect.
