Except for not having a Portal, Paragon works very well as healer for Decima CM in the melee group. I ran Kick and a Hammer in the Offset for the large breakbars. F4 and as additional instant cast button Never Surrender! were used for the knockbacks from Decima. Felt like giving Rezz Banner instead of the Paragon Elite a shot and it definitely paid off here!
The full CC sequence is 2.3k cc: Kick, On your Knees, Hammer 4+5, F2+F1, Staff 4, Kick. I didn't do this in full, but that's what is possible if you prepare accordingly. Very nice :)

Pretty strong. Feels like one of the best and most versatile Kites with Rifle. Got all the boons, strong heals, mobility and other Utility like Stab and CC. For this run we ran low on Might since quick Chronos had a Might well (otherwise take Might Well, or swap more regularly to Shield).

Note: The above is a sort of default build for HT CM, but instead of Relic of Speed, you can take Relic of Febe, since it synergizes nicely with spamming Heal Mantra (and you dont really need any other Relic for HT CM). The heal is very strong so you dont need to run Monk Relic.
