This is the third video in the Mind Your Matters collaboration. Family schedules is something I don’t have a ton of control over. As a full-time working mom with three school age kids our days don’t feel very flexible. So how do we balance our time with the most of important things, when everything claims to be the most important thing? A short look at a daily practice of Jesus gives us a clue on how to best decide what takes priority. We’ll examine a passage of Tyranny of the Urgent to get a glimpse into how Jesus determined what ended up on the scheduled on any given day.
