I often find myself staring at the inside of the refrigerator on clean-out day. There’s always stuff in there, but none of it really makes a meal. We can do the same thing in our spiritual lives. God gives us a bounty to feast on in His Word, but we often settle for chunks of scripture here and there and well…feel a lot like drive-thru theology. But it doesn’t have to be that way, we can deepen our study and truly feast on the word of God when we dig just a little deeper. In this video we’ll explore the reasons why we should avoid trying to make a meal out those little bits of scripture that don’t give us all of the deep meaning that God intends for us to have.
