Deburring metal parts with Remote TCP URCap in Polyscope and ATI Compliant Deburring Blade  @EnergidTechnologies

Remote TCP URCap is a new feature embedded in Polyscope 5.4 for Universal Robots e-Series. In this video, an ATI Compliant Deburring Blade (CDB) (ati-ia.com/products/deburr/deburring_cdb_main.aspx) is fixed on the workbench. A UR10e robot, equipped with a Robotiq 2F-85 Adaptive Gripper, present the metal part to the ATI CDB to deburr the internal features. The Remote TCP URCap was used to program the motions so that the part was moved at a constant speed relative to the sander.
