It’s winter, England – 1970s
A violent offender who is charged with rape and assault is being transferred from prison to a courthouse for sentencing – he attacks and slashes the throats of the two prison officers and makes his escape during a blizzard.
This muscle-bound psychopath who had previously put three policeman in hospital and killed two police dogs with his bare hands – is now searching for somewhere where he can hide out and take hostages.
