Not the best run, but the perk for getting more Rocket Damage does tend to stack. I think if you can get enough of the Rocket Damage% buffs, and maybe with some good room RNG (Challenge Rooms are oddly enough very fast to complete), sub 5 is theoretically possible. But Sub 5:30 comes first.
