In this video, I’m making one last attempt to repair a failing HP prebuilt motherboard that refuses to post consistently.

The system originally came with an Intel i7-6700, 16GB DDR4, and a stock cooler. At first, the board would sometimes boot into BIOS, but most of the time it displayed nothing. After cleaning it with 99% rubbing alcohol, checking USB ports, and testing with multiple sets of DDR4 RAM, the problem still persisted.

For this final attempt, I tried:

Testing with both the Intel i7-6700 and Intel i5-7500

Swapping different DDR4 RAM kits (XPG, G.Skill,)

Resetting BIOS via jumper and battery removal

Testing on a barebones setup outside the case

Unfortunately, the motherboard seems completely dead now.
