DISCO NEVER DIES! Well, except when your bandmates knock you off. But then you come back as the dancing undead for a neon-drenched revenge tour... So, fair enough.

In today's video, we're looking at Dead as Disco, a rhythm-action beat 'em up that feels like The Crow had a baby with John Wick and raised it in a 80's night club. Developed by industry vets from Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Call of Duty, this game manages to fix the one thing that usually burns me out on rhythm games: the punishment.
I’ve spent hours in the demo, and today it finally hits Early Access. Whether you're playing as Charlie Disco or modding him out for Mark Grayson, Invincible, or Spider-Man, deadpool, Optimus Prime, or Furries (like I did), the flow state here is incredible.
In this video:
The Concept: John Wick kung-fu meets rhythm choreography.
Gameplay Mechanics: Why the "forgiving" rhythm system feels so satisfying.
Modding & Customization: Replacing Charlie with Nexus Mod favorites.
The Soundtrack: Streamer-friendly OST vs. licensed bangers.
Final Thoughts: Is this the next "Beat Saber" breakout hit?
Wishlist/Play Dead as Disco on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/3404260/Dead_as_Disco
(Also available on the Epic Games store, if... LOL nevermind literally no one cares... and while Early Access is PC only, the official site does also list PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 as "TBD")
