Enjoy the teaser of Hannah's continuing saga with her newfound friend as they infiltrate Sakhal's infamous warhead storage guarded by a local bandit faction. Their goal: to continue Hannah's search for familiar faces and places, only to be greeted with desolation, a face familiar yet more sinister than ever. For this is the world of DayZ, and the only stories that get told are stories of survival without solace.
On the bright side, the long-awaited update 1.29 is finally here. It was initially perceived to be a smaller update but gradually increased in scope over time. Here's an overview of what it brings:
- Native Xbox Series X|S support (free upgrade for existing owners)
- Server stability improvements across all platforms
- Terrain blending improvements
- Complete firearm sound overhaul for all automatic rifles and pistols
- Largest winter-themed clothing pack ever
- New gear: Long-Haul Backpack, Bear Headdress, Fox Headdress
- New section added to Sakhal's underground warhead storage with a third entrance
- Various fixes and improvements
