There's been some confusion regarding the specifics of how this works but this should lay it to rest. Initial code reversed by Revenant, further testing by me.
1. Put gear shift to 1 before entering the course select
2. After entering course select move the gear shift to 4
3. With the View Change buttons input 1, 4, 2, 4, 1
4. Either move the gear shift back to 1 or press View Change button 2 (no need to touch the gear shift)
5. ???
