Kororinpa contains a hidden code menu that can be accessed by pressing Right, Down, Left, Right, Down, Left, Up on the d-pad while in the stage select menu. In there you can input one of 13 different codes to unlock various stuff early like all the stages or music.
I have no clue where these codes were handed out if at all but searching on the JP web did provide the "All Kororinpa" code at least. Using that code I was almost able to find all the other codes sitting in RAM but I was searching in the wrong way and had to ask aldelaro5 for help who was then able to find them in the end.
