Don’t forget that daylight saving time (DST) begins tomorrow, Sunday, March 8! Remember to set your clocks forward one hour.
Similar to jet lag, a time change like this can interfere with your body's sleep and wake cycles.
Here are some tips to help:
- Go to bed a little earlier to help adjust to the time change.
- Spend time outside tomorrow. Sunlight helps reset your body’s internal clock.
- Try not to jam-pack your Sunday. Tackle important to-dos later in the week if you can.
- If you feel sleepy, take a short nap in the afternoon - but not too close to bedtime.
- Be extra careful behind the wheel.
- Get plenty of water and movement.
