We hope following your two day digital detox this weekend you are feeling revitalised and more attuned to the natural world. For our final offering before International Women’s Day tomorrow, we turn to one of TreeSisters' many valued volunteers to discuss the inner wisdom that can be found through connection to nature.

In this video, former TreeSisters Volunteer Coordinator Clare-Marie Chapman speaks to Ellen Weeks, a member of the Tree Pod Volunteer group and a trained Forest Bathing practitioner. Below they discuss what it means to be a Forest Bather, as well as Ellen’s recently completed 33 day hike along the France/Spain Camino - an ancient pilgrimage route. Ellen shares the simple “sit-spot’ practice which anyone can use to develop the way they listen, and she explains how walking on the land, and observing its changes, brings a connection to humanity, as well as to nature.
