Turkey Tenderloin Marinade
PREP TIME: 10 min (plus 6–8 hrs marinating) | COOK TIME: 25–30 min | SERVES: 2–4
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. turkey tenderloins
• ¼ c. peanut oil
• ¼ c. soy sauce
• ¼ c. sherry wine
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp. minced onion
• ¼ tsp. ginger
• Dash of pepper
• Dash of garlic salt
Directions:
1. Combine peanut oil, soy sauce, sherry wine, lemon juice, minced onion, ginger, pepper and garlic salt in a bowl or zip-lock bag.
2. Add turkey tenderloins and coat evenly with marinade.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight.
4. Remove tenderloins from marinade and cook using your preferred method until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Advice:
• The longer the soak, the deeper the flavor — overnight is ideal.
• Discard used marinade and do not reuse for basting unless brought to a full boil first.
