This is an incredible way to access joy anytime: remember a truly happy time, and then recreate some of the colors from that time on the page. It is a peaceful and easy way to process and remember something wonderful, and hopefully leaves you feeling better than when you started. I hope you'll give it a whirl, and let me know how it went!
