From Sarajevo’s mountain roads to the Adriatic coast – this ride had it all! I head into the valleys to visit the Battle of Sutjeska Memorial, a striking WWII monument marking the fierce Partisan fight against German and Italian forces. Then it’s on to Croatia, cruising north along the coast to Makarska, where I wind down by the sea. Bars, restaurants, and a stunning sunset from my balcony were the perfect end to the day.
