Happy Junetober and welcome to Day 13—which just so happens to fall on Friday the 13th this year!! Oooh spooky! Today, I’m featuring my full-size 40-page digital printable kit, Moonrise Masquerade, which is the freebie for Day 13 of Junetober 2025 found in the Paper Bee Kofi shop.
In this video, I’ll show you how to resize printable elements using your printer settings, so you can customize pieces to fit any journal layout or project. Then I’ll walk you through how to embellish paper masquerade masks to give them texture, dimension, and drama. Finally, I use those masks as the focal point for creating three elegant, lace-accented belly bands or page edge decoration*—perfect for junk journals or mixed media books.
This tutorial is full of mixed media techniques, layering ideas, and helpful tips to spark your creativity, whether you're joining in on Junetober or just love a bit of mysterious flair in your crafting.
