GAME ENGINES BEYOND GAMES was a two-day a symposium that brought together artists, curators and scholars to explore the expanded concept of game engines.
Speaker:
David Gerding is an Associate Professor in the Department of Interactive Arts and Media at Columbia College Chicago. He teaches both media theory classes related to games, game development, and advanced programming classes. He has presented on games related topics in both technical and arts/creative contexts and recently earned Certified Instructor/Programmer credentials on the Unity platform.
