So this one has basically two types of “5’s” going on at the same time: a 5/8 pattern with the hands (the first three eighth notes include a 2:3 polyrhythm), accented each time by the bass drum, and an overall 5/4 feel by the ride and hi hats, which I must say, sound cool played together at the same time. 😀
Oh, I should add:
I actually played this continuously, more or less, for fourteen minutes. 🥁 This section is near the very end when I stopped crashing the cymbal.
