Daughters Day, in partnership with the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union, is part of our ongoing work to show girls what’s possible in skilled trades.
Recently, some of our trades workers proudly brought their daughters to the Osborne shipyard, where they got hands-on with the tools, toured the site and experienced shipbuilding up close.
There’s many pathways into the trades, and we hope days like this spark ✨ confidence and curiosity about future careers in shipbuilding and beyond.
