The plaintiff says a week after she started dating the defendant, he went to jail for a month. When he was released, they moved in together. She claims they broke up soon after because the defendant had other women calling and texting her phone for him. She’s suing her ex today for travel expenses, unpaid loans and a phone bill. The defendant says the plaintiff was so jealous while they were dating that she hacked into his MySpace page and both of his email accounts to spy on him. He doesn’t believe he owes the plaintiff because, one week after he moved in with her, she kicked him out of her house and started harassing his friends and family.
