The plaintiff says the defendant is his godsister and that she cannot be trusted because she is extremely promiscuous. The plaintiff claims he was having a party, and during the party the defendant announced she kicked the plaintiff’s dog. As a result, the dog spent several days at the hospital. The plaintiff is suing for the vet bills. The defendant says the reason she doesn’t get along with the plaintiff is because he’s a gossip and he’s the one who can’t be trusted because two years into his marriage, he confessed to his wife that he was bisexual. The defendant denies kicking the dog and therefore doesn’t feel responsible for the injuries. She’s countersuing for lost wages.
