Proof is in the Pudding is an IRL series of whiteboard sessions hosted by zkSecurity Co-founder and Archetype Research Advisor, David Wong.

Each session, David gives a 201-level lecture about the in’s and out’s of cryptography and ZK, followed by a group discussion.

In Session 06, David talks all things data availability sampling. He starts with an overview of the types of data that blockchains typically store before getting into the inner workings of rollups, Ethereum’s blobs, DA chains, and the elements of verifiable sharding. David closes out this session with an explanation of erasure-correcting codes and types of binding, including position, code, and reconstruction.
