Looks genuinely great, but thin enemy variety and paywalled skins make this a rental, not a relationship.
Darksword: Battle Eternity ascends a demonic tower one floor at a time, with bow-and-sword combat, dash teleport attacks, and companion critters that dance between fights. Com2uS RokaVerse's Quest title is visually impressive and the core combat is fluid, but thin enemy variety, an uneven difficulty curve between bosses and grunts, and a $9.99-per-skin cash grab keep it from being the action RPG the marketing promised. Pretty, shallow, and priced for what it is.
