One on my own this time. Definitely one of the most disturbing enemies in Dark Souls I, the Pisacas are strongly implied to have originally been women, ever since kidnapped, experimented on and eventually transformed into these creatures.

Everyone knows the two specific crying Pisacas, but not everyone knows their human voice during their death audio.
