The audio for Great Soul Dregs, like most miracles and spells, is comprised of multiple tracks. In this case, you have the original Miracle audio from DS, combined with the windy noise of the spell bullet.
In this video, first I showcase the tracks used, and then, the actual ingame audio, free of noise. This comes in two versions: one where the projectile collides, and another where it doesn't.
