Request, plus personal interest. Another one of those designs that make you go 'what the hell that's cool as fuck' in Dark Souls III.
When it comes to audio... well maybe you'll like it. Moans, screams, and cool miracle magic audio. I can swear some of the breathing audio is used by other creatures in DS3, or perhaps games older than Demon's Souls, maybe Kuon. Can't quite lay my finger on it.
Similar to the Pilgrim Butterfly, I'm not sure if some of the animations have the intended effect on the model, this time looking at that weird abdomen motion.
