This is my second mg1, an Mg1 was the first synth I ever had, and the first experience with analog synths back in the 90's. As a guitarist it blew me away the sounds this things make, and I think I still find new things it can do.
The Mg1 was made in USA by Moog Music for REALISTIC,it was sold mainstream as the Concertmate MG-1 Realistic Synthesizer by Moog Music. Back in the 90's these were the kind of synth you could find in op shops or garage sales for next to nothing.
Not sure how much it would be worth in Australia these days.
It has no midi or no feasable sync options but it is very fun to just mess about with, it's almost 40 years old now so the old girl probably needs a service, theres a few crackles in the audio here and there.
I think of this synth as the moog grandmothers great grandmother
