Knob1 = Carrier Modulator Ratio
Knob2 = Amplitude of Operator
Knob3 = LFO speed

Shift + Knob1 = amount LFO affects ratio
Shift + Knob2 = amount LFO Effects Amplitude ( FM Amount )
Shift + Knob3 = LFO Wave shape
