As best I could determine (according to Wikipedia) the melody of this song is by Florian Hermann. The arrangement is by Igor Varfolomeev. He has some very good arrangements at his web site and I have neglected to cover them lately. This was the easiest one I could find and I've always liked the melody. Another good tune for the beginning guitar student.
This will sound better, if you turn out all the lights and drink a bottle of vodka...all of it.
