I tried to do an arrangement of this last year and failed miserably. But I recently stumbled upon a piano arrangement that sounded just right for the guitar. Simple and elegant. It almost fit note for note on the guitar. Unfortunately, many of the notes "fit" in that hostile region beyond the 12th fret. Getting clean and pretty notes from those frets is nearly impossible for me. Ok, with the camera rolling it is impossible. But it is a good arrangement to challenge the student guitarist who wants to explore the higher frets of the fingerboard. On the piano this piece is much easier. Maybe I have the wrong instrument.
