The Supreme Court is set to decide on a plea seeking the release of Dara Singh, who is serving a life sentence for the 1999 killing of Australian Christian missionary Graham Staines and his two young sons in Odisha.
Staines and his sons, aged six and 10, were sleeping in their jeep in Manoharpur village on January 22, 1999, when a mob surrounded the vehicle, set it on fire and prevented them from escaping.
