Behold! Xenu has has commanded the Thetans, stuck to the bodies of the prosecutors and the defense team, in the Danny Masterson trial, to agree on one thing: Scientology is NOT on trial! Yet, when each team met in a L.A., before Danny's (R) trial, they discussed what role Scientology would play in the case.

Danny's lawyers wanted a judge to shush any mention of Scientology in the trial. However, the DA argued that the (prosecutors) should have free reign to invoke Scientology.

Danny Masterson, a Xenu-loving Scientologist, is charged by 3 women who claim that he loaded them up with alcohol and (SA) them at his home between 2001 and 2003. The women, also Scientologists, say that the "church" tried to stop them from reporting Danny to the police.

One testified that when she reported the (R) to Xenu officials, she was told not use the "R-word.” Another testified that Xenu's lawyer came to her home and told her that she would be expelled from the "church" if she went to the police about Masterson.

Again, this trial isn't about Tom Cruise and Xenu's clubhouse. This trial is about Masterson. That said, the facts of what happened, why certain things happened, who was involved, it’s kind of important (necessary even) to involve Scientology right?

Scientology practices were in question during the prelim hearing. Danny’s accusers testified about the religion’s “international justice chief,” the church’s ultimate authority, and “wog-law,” a term the church uses dismissively to refer to the secular world’s police and courts.

Since a jury will determine Danny’s fate, his attorney cried that because Danny is a Scientologist, the jury will find him guilty by association because of the bad press the "church" receives. He also added that using Scientology's doctrine will make the trial UNFAIR! Boo-Xenu-Hoo!

The prosecutors argued that Scientology is crucial to everything the women went through and should be mentioned by name at trial saying, "Their entire lives were wrapped up in the church and if they didn’t follow certain policies, they'd lose that entire life."

Prosecutors asked the judge if they could have a former Scientologist testify as an expert witness about the structure of the organization and how it operates. The judge excluded the prosecution’s proposed expert, but found that the religion is relevant. She also rejected the argument by the defense that the church should not be named because of negative views jurors may have.

“Evidence presented in criminal cases often involve subject matters that many of the public view with disdain, including gangs, guns and violence,” Olmedo said. “The fact that any individual has a negative view of any particular subject matter does not, per se, render that person unfit to serve as a juror.”

"The accusers can discuss how Scientology led them to delay reporting their (SA) to police, Olmedo said. "They can tell jurors about their belief that church policy prohibits reporting crimes committed by other Scientologists to law enforcement."

The three women are also part of a lawsuit filed against Scientology in 2019. They say they were harassed and stalked by Scientology after reporting Masterson to police. The women allege that Xenu STANS followed them, came to their homes and went through their trash in an attempt to intimidate them. The lawsuit will move forward after the criminal trial.

How will this all unfold? Only time will tell.
