When bouldering and sport climbing, it's crucial to be highly concentrated. Here, I feel and pay attention to my entire body, find my inner and physical balance, and am completely in the moment.

In climbing, there is absolute trust—in the people and loved ones around you, but above all in yourself.

Nowhere else are death and complete freedom so close together. A small moment of carelessness can have fatal consequences.

The confrontation with oneself, with nature, with one's physical abilities and own mind; peace.
