Ok, I wanted this to be perfect, it turned out awful, I hate it, I bet you will too. I didn't even wanna upload it. If it hadn't taken me two and a half hours to render I would've probably let it rot, but the painful rendering pushed me to upload. I apologize in advance.
I wanted this to be my best video. I wanted it to be an epic and amazing Delena video. Instead, it is a mess and total disappointment.
I tried to show some parallels, to show, express their love, how their love is mutual, how they went through a lot to get where they are now while matching the lyrics. The outcome is far less than I aimed for, than I expected. Idk what I accomplished, I hope you can at least feel the love between Damon and Elena.
Idea-wise, it's based around 4x10, but it includes episodes throughout the whole series, all 4 seasons, in attempt to show that this thing between them has always been there.

I planned a Delena tribute from the second I heard Nina was leaving aka the end of our beautiful ship (for now) was coming. I tried many song, instrumentals, but I abandoned tons of projects. Then finally I was reminded of this song and I started working with it almost 4 months ago.I dont know if the video is any good, I dont know if I managed to show what I wanted to, but still, I hope that at least you can feel as you watch it that I put my heart in it.
Mostly it is indeed about their journey, their love story.
Damon&Elenat are my OTP. Theyveve both been horrible - with, without, to each other. They have been stubborn and selfish, etc. But they were always real, and epic, and beautiful. They went on from hate to friendship to love. They had their ups and downs, they fought, they loved each other, they fell apart and back together, but they could never stay away. There were times where I almost gave up on them but still, I kept rooting for them and I will keep rooting for them . Because they are to me the most epic love story on TV. I can go days talking about them, but I am stopping now and hoping this tribute speaks for itself and for Damon Salvatore and Elena Gilberts love story.

My always growing love for Tolkiens world gave me the idea to do this. After seeing TBOTFA I was so sad I needed something to help me cope. I am myself working on a video, but it will take ages, so I got the idea to make a contest.
The contest will have multiple rounds with different tasks. This round is audition. You can enter with any video, based on the trilogies. It can be about a character, a friendship, a relationship, a general video, anything. It can be about one movie, or all 5 (six) movies. It can be new or old. It can be set on any music, of any lenght. The only requirement is that it is for The Hobbit series or The Lord Of The Rings series.
