Ever since he was 4 years old, Spencer has taken care of his dad, an ex-Army veteran living with degenerative disc disease.

Spencer is supported by an incredible charity called Great Yarmouth & Gorleston Young Carers group which is part-funded by BBC Children in Need.

Children supported by the charity are taken on days out and are also provided with one-to-one mentoring to ensure they get the support they need.
