It's just been World Down Syndrome Day and we're celebrating the brilliant Lloyd, who goes to a fantastic project, Stepping Stones DS, which is funded by BBC Children in Need to support education and do fun activities with children and young people who have Down's Syndrome.

You might recognise Lloyd from Children in Need’s Challenge Squad on The One Show. With his determination, talent and cheeky grin, he inspired people across the country.

Thanks to your support we can continue to support families like Lloyd's and vital projects like Stepping Stones DS. 💛
