In this video, Laura wakes up to find herself in Kimberley's cabin. A man comes through the door and mutates into a plant monster, grabs hold of Kimberley and forces his suggestive looking vine tentacle into her mouth. Another man arrives just in time to save them, but Kimberley isn't pleased and tells him to leave. The man agrees to leave but first tells them that his name is Parker and you can tell someone is a monster if they have green blood unless some monsters have red blood or if some things with green blood are not monsters. Kimberley gives Laura some guns and teaches her to hunt, then lets her get on her way to explore the local area. Laura finds a stone cabin up the hill. Inside she finds a picture of an old man and Jannie. Startled by an audio recording of Janie wishing happy birthday to her grandfather, she drops the photo, picks it up and cuts herself on the broken glass to reveal red blood. Thanks to Parker's words of wisdom, we know that this tells us that she may or may not be a human. Laura returns to Kimberley to get a key, returns to the cabin to get a tape player, then returns to Kimberley to listen to a song she wrote. The tape player breaks, but Laura gets a message from the flight attendant on her plane over the radio. She then goes to the crash site, kills the flight attendant because she's a monster, and is then joined by Kimberley who looks after her when she faints and then brings her back to her cabin on her newly found snowmobile.
