If you're trying to play Cyberpunk 2077 since 2.0 launched with a NVIDA graphics card, but your dealing with the client freezing either while loading to the main menu, or even in game shortly after.. then this fix should work for you. I wanted to share what I had success with since I tried a lot and this was what finally worked. I can't vouch it will work for everyone, but it's worth trying.

I found the eventual solution from this first post.. reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/16pdpd2/game_freeze_at_start which directed me to the second post.
reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/16okdys/comment/k1qrovk which ironically talks about crashing instead of freezing. I wasn't crashing at all, so this might work for crashing as well.
