I asked Alex Ross what Pen's marriage proposal would sound like and this is what he came up with on his own. There's currently no way to marry Pen in My Time at Sandrock without mods. So this was perfect and I feel like it really needs to be added to the game officially! It makes sense that when Pen is showing up at your place, telling you to take him on a date, that he'd do the same for getting you to marry him!

I've already asked his permission to add it to a mod, so how can we do this modders!?
