Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Zombies - Outbreak - Step #1 - ALL 20 Radio & Amplifier Locations (Alpine, Duga, Golova, Ruka, Sanatorium)
- YOU NEED TO BE ON WORLD DIFFICULTY 3 AT LEAST FOR THIS STEP
- THIS STEP CAN BE DONE ON ANY OF THE 5 MAPS: SANATORIUM, RUKA, GALOVA, DUGA, or ALPINE.
To start the main easter egg that was added in the Outbreak, you will need to first get to World Difficulty 3. The levels are randomly cycled and you can complete this first step on any map but you need to be on Round 3. Find a radio on the map creating static noise, get its frequency number, and match 3 amplifiers near it to the same number; the amplifiers and radio are always in the same locations:
0:01 - Alpine - Steep Grove
3:03 - Duga - SAM Site
5:41 - Golova - Lower Farmstead
8:56 - Ruka - Old Farm
11:51 - Sanatorium - Middle Statue (bottom)
Interacting with the Radio will then let you interact with the 3 amplifiers around the area. You need to match the frequency of the amplifiers to the radio depending on which frequency it is on. If it is on frequency 8 for example, match the 3 transmitters to frequency 8 by interacting with them. (They go up 1 at a time and reset from 8 to 1). Sometimes they will cause static feedback which will make noise and spawn zombies in. Fight off the zombies and get all 3 transmitters to the same frequency as the radio. Once you do this AND the objective for the map then you can interact with the beacon to "Call Samantha" before you "Warp" to the next zone.
CALL SAMANTHA - When you call Samantha on the beacon after completing the objective of this map, then you can Warp to the next map and star the next step which is finding all 4 monkeys and shooting them so that they drop Film Slides. Once you get these Film Slides you can take them to a projector on the next map to start Step 3.
